Refund policy

30 Day 'Change of Mind' Returns. Return your case within 30 days to received a full refund. Customer pays return postage, no restocking fee. Item must not be damaged and no pieces missing.

For refunds and returns due to a product defect, please contact us as soon as you identify the issue and we can arrange either a return or refund depending on your preference.

To log a return, please contact us via our contact page and you will be provided the instructions for returning. The return will be to our warehouse in North Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Once received, the refund takes 48 hrs to process the refund and will be to the payment method the customer used when ordering.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return within the 30 day change of mind period, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. This includes, although is not limited to:

  • No damage, or physical sign of use with the Product
  • No missing parts such as the hand strap, wrist strap anything else which came with the product.

To arrange a return please email contact@scannercase.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you a Returns reference number and details on where to send the returned item/s. ScannerCase will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don’t not receive.

 

Items Lost In Transit 

Occasionally orders can go missing in transit and not arrive at all. In this circumstance, please contact us with our order details. Orders which do not arrive will be eligible for a refund or have the order resent again based on the customers preference
